The Opportunity
Join a dynamic team of 35+ business and marketing professionals, ranging from rising talents to seasoned experts, and actively contribute to Ubigi’s growth in the booming eSIM market. Transatel is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to accelerate the growth of Ubigi by scaling this key acquisition channel and boosting both brand visibility and data plan sales.
This role can be tailored to a global scope or focused on a specific region, such as USA, Asia or LATAM, depending on the candidate’s expertise, network and language mastery.
Your Mission
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners, and growing Ubigi’s affiliate program. Your goal: attract new partners and incentivize them to actively promote Ubigi’s eSIM data plans, especially in the travel and tech ecosystems (websites, blogs, deal platforms, etc.).
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in the prospecting of new affiliate partners, seeking to close and negotiate deals. Onboarding and managing key affiliate partners, fostering strong and long-lasting relationships
- Using SEO and web analytics tools to uncover new marketing and partnership opportunities
- Supporting in the day-to-day management of the affiliate program and tracking platform
- Liaising with internal stakeholders on administrative tasks to ensure seamless program functioning.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of creative assets, promotional campaigns, and landing pages
- Supporting key affiliate partners with funnel and asset optimizations as needed
- Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue)
- Generating reports to evaluate program success, gather insights, and suggest areas of improvement
Your Profile
We’re looking for a results-driven, self-motivated team player with a passion for performance marketing. Ideal candidates will have:
- An entrepreneurial mentality and the drive to engage in continuous search for new business prospects; a passion for closing sales and a can-do attitude
- Min. 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar digital marketing role
- Proven track record in successfully managing relationships with key clients or partners (experience in the travel or hospitality sector is a plus)
- Proven track record of contributing to growing sales for a business unit.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking technologies
- Solid grasp of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs or similar…)
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- A creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proactive approach, capable of working independently while contributing positively to the team
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – additional language(s) related to Asia or LATAM are a plus
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or related field

- Salary package: fixed salary + individual bonus + half-yearly profit-sharing and incentive schemes (investable in PEE or PER)
