Your mission
As part of our growth and commitment to delivering optimal Quality of Service (QoS), we are seeking a Technical Service Manager QoS. You will be responsible for supervising, analyzing, and optimizing our telecom services (Voice, Data, SMS, provisioning) for our MVNO and IoT clients. You will act as a technical expert, capable of proposing and implementing innovative solutions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, to improve quality of services.
Optimization of Quality of Service (QoS)
- - Propose QoS specific dashboards to continuously monitor and analyze the performance of services (Voice, Data, SMS, and provisioning) – together with Support teams.
- - Identify shortcomings, define improvement priorities, and propose suitable strategies.
- - Identify and detect service improvement plans together with other teams
- - Propose new tools to measure KPIs (latency, call/SMS success rate, throughput, etc.) and ensure SLA compliance for clients.
- - Actively participate in evolving technical platforms to maintain a high level of performance.
- - Improve QoS measurement capabilities
- - Lead and build taskforces, new requirements, new change requests…to improve QoS of services exposed to Clients.
- - KPIs / SLAs management and analysis.
Technical Support and Coordination with BSS/Telco Experts
- - Collaborate with technical teams (network engineers, BSS, and Telco experts) to diagnose and resolve critical incidents and problems.
- - Serve as a technical reference for internal teams and partners on QoS-related topics.
- - Prepare QoS detailed reports detailed
- - Lead reliability transversal assurance, including reporting, and regular meetings.
- - Action plan tracking
Project Management for Optimization
- - Lead continuous improvement projects to ensure the reliability and robustness of services.
- - Coordinate actions across various teams (operations, development, R&D) for cross-functional projects.
- - Supervise load tests and evaluation campaigns to validate new optimizations.
- - Formalize and document processes and standards related to QoS.
Technology Watch and Anticipation of Developments
- - Actively follow technological developments in telecommunications and IoT (5G networks, virtualization, VoLTE, eSIM, etc.).
- - Identify and propose innovative tools or technical solutions to enhance our services.
- - Train internal teams on best practices and innovations in the QoS domain.
Your profile
- Technical expertise in the optimization of telecom services (Voice, Data, SMS, provisioning).
- Mastery of BSS infrastructures and network environments (Core Telco, IMS, SS7, Diameter, SIP, VoLTE).
- In-depth knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Power BI, Zabbix, network probes, etc.) and QoS analysis.
- Familiarity with telecom standards and protocols (GSM, LTE, 5G, TCP/IP, etc.).
- Experience in managing technical projects, including planning, coordination, and delivery. - Personal Qualities
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Autonomy, rigor, and proactivity in managing tasks.
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate in multicultural and international environments.
- Education and Experience
- Engineering degree or equivalent (telecommunications, computer science, or related field).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a telecom operator or IoT solution provider.
- Experience leading technical teams or complex projects
- Languages: English: Fluency is essential.

- Salary package: fixed salary + individual bonus + half-yearly profit-sharing and incentive schemes (investable in PEE or PER)
