Votre mission
The community manager trainee will join the digital marketing department of the Ubigi team (30 people) in charge of promoting Ubigi connectivity to international travelers (Ubigi For Travel).
In collaboration with the Social Media Manager:
- Community management by moderating and responding to messages received on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Assisting with post creation (ideas, content generation, scheduling, etc.).
- Managing relationships with influencers, bloggers, and affiliate partners.
- Contributing to the launch of the Ubigi for Travel blog (researching article ideas, drafting via AI tools, selecting photos, publishing content, etc.).
- Supporting the rollout of the digital marketing plan (campaign ideation based on peak seasons and travel periods for various nationalities) across multiple channels (website, social media, advertising campaigns, etc.).
- Contributing to monthly reporting to the CEO and the marketing team.
Votre profil
Master's degree in digital marketing, journalism, communications, media, business or similar studies.
- Team spirit, culture is important to us!
- You speak fluent French and have a good level of English (bonus if you have notions of Spanish, German or Japanese).
- Good oral and written communication skills
- You love digital marketing and keep abreast of emerging technologies and e-commerce trends, and traveling !
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and all levels of staff.
- Ability to take initiative and achieve results.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize as needed.
