Ubigi, a brand under Transatel (NTT Group), is a global leader in eSIM solutions for both private and business travelers. As we expand our B2B offerings—Ubigi for Travel Industry partners and Ubigi for Business—we are seeking a dynamic Sales Director
to lead our sales team and drive growth to new heights.
Your mission
As Sales Director, you will manage a growing team of business developers and collaborate closely with our product and marketing departments to develop innovative B2B offers. You’ll play a key role in defining business strategies, setting and tracking sales objectives, and managing key client relationships. Your leadership and vision will be critical to ensuring success in customer acquisition and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and oversee a team of multicultural business developers across multiple regions (France HQ, Japan, USA), setting clear goals, conducting bi-annual performance reviews, and fostering ongoing development and motivation within the team.
- Recruitment: Help expand and strengthen the sales team to support Ubigi’s growth objectives.
- Product & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to understand customer needs, contribute to product development, and design new offers.
- Key Account Engagements: Manage relationships with large strategic accounts and represent Ubigi at key industry events and trade shows.
- Sales Performance & Reporting: Ensure sales objectives are met, keep CRM systems up to date, and report directly to the Director of Ubigi (@MJ donc).
- Market Insights & Strategy: Use your expertise and industry network to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Coordination with NTT/Transatel Group: Collaborate with other sales teams within the NTT/Transatel group to develop synergies, share best practices, and unlock new business opportunities.
Your profile
- 5-10 years of experience in sales management in international environment
- Proven leadership and team management experience with a strong track record of driving sales performance
- Bilingual in French and English; additional languages are a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales prospecting, and reporting tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong affinity with technical products
- A network in the travel or business travel industries is a plus
Our recruitment process
